Ciò che rende questa birra un capolavoro è il perfetto ed assoluto equilibrio fra una parte maltata generosa (caramello, caffè) e la parte luppolata che regala erba fresca, resina, mango, pompelmo e gelsomino, senza eccedere come spesso capita nelle birre di questo stampo. I 65 IBU si avvertono con gentilezza, ben attutiti da una rotondità notevole e di notevole pregio è la cremosità e le sensazioni tattili in generale, con una lieve concessine alla quasi inevitabile astringenza. Pulita, confortevole e praticamente perfetta, rappresenta senza dubbio la migliore Black IPA che abbia mai bevuto e regala una piacevolezza elevatissima. Gli 8° ABV non si avvertono proprio mai. Eccelle con piatti che necessitino di una perfetta bilanciatura fra maltato e tendenza vegetale, quindi un jolly da poter usare in tantissimi pairing.
